Polish Potato Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large Idaho potatoes
    1/2 c. salt pork, cubed
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 qt. milk
    1 tsp. pepper
    7 eggs
    1 onion, grated
Preparation
    Grate potatoes; put in colander.
    Save starch and pour water out.
    Fry salt pork and margarine.
    Beat eggs.
    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix until blended.
    Grease pan; pour in ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
