Bubble And Squeak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 small head cabbage, cut in wedges
1 lb. pork sausage links
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

In 1 inch boiling water, heat potatoes and cabbage to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 20 minutes, or until tender.
Drain.
