Orange Creme Dessert With Ruby Cranberry Sauce(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

12 chocolate-covered graham cookies, finely curshed (about 1 c. crumbs)
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. orange juice
4 (5 oz.) containers (2 c.) nonfat orange yogurt
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. frozen light whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Spray 9-inch spring-form pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Press cookie crumbs into bottom of spray-coated spring-form pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
Chill in refrigerator or freezer.
