Crisp Baked Fish Filets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish filets
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0. Wash and dry filets and cut into serving pieces. Dip in oil and coat with cornflake crumbs. Arrange in single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish so that the pieces do not touch each other. Season. Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting. Serves 4.
