Potato And Chipped Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar chipped beef or if you can find it use Buddig's small pkg. dried beef
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. boiled, diced and cooked potatoes (boil potatoes, then skin them before dicing)
pepper
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese (optional)
Preparation

Heat chipped beef and frizzle in butter; add soup and milk. Mix well with diced, skinned potatoes.
Mix well; season with pepper, onion, mustard and cheese (optional).
Pour into casserole.
Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes in moderate oven at 350\u00b0.
