Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw grits
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. medium Cheddar cheese, grated (save 1/3 c. for top)
    2 large eggs
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cook grits in 5 cups boiling water until thick.
    Brown sausage with onion and set aside.
    Add to grits the margarine, eggs, sausage and onion.
    Stir until margarine melts.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 (9 x 9-inch) pans and freeze one.
    Sprinkle with parsley, paprika and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
