Chicken-Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
    1 c. spaghetti, broken
    1/4 c. pimiento, diced
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chicken broth, water or dry wine
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti and drain.
    Mix together all other ingredients, except for 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Add spaghetti and carefully mix together.
    Put in 3-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of baking.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 5 to 6.
    This casserole may be made the day before.
