Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 can crescent rolls
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain well.
Spread rolls in bottom of a 12 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Top rolls with sausage and cheese.
Heat eggs, milk and salt, but do not boil.
Stir with a wire whisk while heating.
Pour over sausage mixture in casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator about 30 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 8.
