Butternut Marshmallows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. walnuts
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    24 marshmallows
Preparation
    Chop walnuts fine.
    Firmly pack brown sugar before measuring. Mix together sugar, cream, vanilla and salt.
    Place over heat and slowly bring mixture to a boil, gently, until candy thermometer registers 238\u00b0 or until a little candy dropped in cold water forms a soft ball.
    Drop in marshmallows, a few at a time, and turn with a fork until well coated.
    Remove and roll in chopped nuts.
