Kitchen Crew Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Bisquick
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stir 1 cup Bisquick and the milk into a soft dough.
Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured board.
Knead.
Roll dough to make a pie crust.
Ease into pie plate.
Cook and stir ground beef and onion.
Stir in salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons Bisquick and Worcestershire.
Spoon into pie crust.
Beat eggs slightly; mix with cheese.
Pour over meat mixture.
Cover edge with 2 to 3 inch strip of foil to prevent excessive browning.
Remove foil last 5 minutes of baking.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cut into wedges. Serve with chili sauce.
