Barbecued Meats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef, pork or chicken (boneless)
    2 c. barbecue sauce (flavor of choice)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash and cut meat in 2-inch cubes. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with barbecue sauce.
    Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
