Shrimp In Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 lb. small shrimp (fresh, canned or frozen)
Preparation
    Heat tomato juice; add vinegar, salt, horseradish and onion. Simmer for a few minutes.
    Add dry Jell-O and mix well.
    Add shrimp.
    Pour into mold and chill.
    Remove from mold and fill center with mayonnaise.
    Serves 6.
