Refrigerator Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    9 oz. Cool Whip or pt. whipped cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 small pkg. instant pudding
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Mix the next 3 ingredients good and pour over the first mixture.
    Mix the pudding and milk and pour over the second part.
    Serve with whipped cream on top.
