Boneless Chicken Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. boneless chicken breast
4 mushrooms, washed and quartered
1 tsp. onion, diced
1 Tbsp. white wine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Place flour and pepper in bag and shake.
Place chicken in bag and shake until coated.
Heat oil in pan and saute chicken 10 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove chicken.
Saute onion, mushrooms and lemon juice for 5 minutes.
Add white wine and return chicken to pan.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes over low heat.
