Caramel Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

baked pie shell
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 stick oleo
5 or 6 Tbsp. caramel sauce
Preparation

Mix Eagle Brand milk, cream cheese and Cool Whip well for 2 minutes.
Put into pie shell.
Melt and mix together oleo and pecans in a saucepan to coat nuts.
Spread over top of pie. Drizzle caramel sauce over top.
Cover with foil.
Freeze.
Thaw slightly just to ease slicing stage.
Serve.
