Old Fashioned Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. bread cubes (soft)
    4 c. milk, scalded with 1 stick butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. seedless raisins or mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Place
    bread cubes in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients;
    mix.
    If there is too much liquid, add more
    bread
    cubes.
    Pour
    into
    a 9 x 13-inch pan and pat down evenly.
    Place
    pan
    into
    another,
    larger
    pan with hot water, 1-inch deep.
    Bake for about 50 minutes, or until knife inserted 1 inch
    from
    edge
    comes out clean.
    Cool; cut into squares. Delicious warm or cold!
