Nana'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork roast
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 qt. tomatoes
    12 oz. can tomato paste
    3/4 tsp. ground, dried whole red peppers
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    5 large garlic toes
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown one side of meat in margarine in large heavy Dutch oven. Slice onions and garlic on top of meat while browning other side. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low and cook 4 to 5 hours, stirring frequently to prevent scorching or until sauce thickens.
    Ladle over cooked spaghetti noodles.
    Serve with sliced pork roast.
