Corn Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. or can corn
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg whites
Preparation

Beat egg yolks well.
Add corn, sugar, flour, butter, milk and salt.
Lastly, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in buttered pan in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 50 minutes.
Better results if placed in pan of water while baking.
