Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    6 1/2 to 7 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Measure and dissolve dry yeast in warm water.
    Mix in 2 cups sugar, salt, oil, and egg.
    Mix in flour.
    Mix well.
    Cover with damp cloth.
    Keep in the refrigerator 2 hours before baking, shape into balls and let rise until double in size.
    Place in greased pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Can be kept in fridge for 2 weeks, if covered with damp cloth.
