Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    3 1/2 cloves garlic
    1 can Ortega green chilies
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 (16 oz.) bag shell-roni noodles
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat in a large skillet.
    Dice onion and garlic.
    Add onion, garlic, green chilies and mushrooms to meat.
    Cook until all of the ingredients are done.
    Drain, and set aside.
