Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box filo dough
2 large (24 oz.) cottage cheese (large curd)
1/4 lb. Feta cheese
6 eggs
parsley to suit
salt and pepper
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
Preparation

Strain excess liquid from cottage cheese.
Mix the cottage cheese, Feta cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper together. Butter cookie sheet.
Set oven to 350\u00b0.
Take 2 sheets of filo dough; turn up about 3-inches.
Spread cheeses on dough in one straight line across.
Turn in ends and roll up.
When cookie sheet is full, take pastry brush and lightly brush margarine on all exposed dough.
Bake until browned, about 1/2 hour.
