Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 to 4 large sliced apples, peeled
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c .sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and baking powder.
Add egg; mix well. Spread apples in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan and cover with flour mixture. Sprinkle with spices and 2 tablespoons additional sugar; dot with butter.
Sprinkle with water and bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
