Chicken Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 strips lasagne noodles, cooked
    3 c. cooked, cut up chicken
    2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    2 c. grated cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 medium jar pimentos, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Make sauce of onion, pepper and oleo.
    Add pimentos, mushrooms, soup and milk.
    Heat all together.
    Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, place 4 strips of noodles on bottom.
    Layer 1/2 of chicken, 1/2 of cottage cheese, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of sauce.
    Repeat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be made the day before and refrigerated.
    Allow more time if it is very cold.
    Serves 10 to 12.
