Sweet And Spicy Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cooked mashed carrots (6 to 8)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, molasses, salt, spices and eggs.
    Mix well. Add carrots and milk and stir.
    Carefully pour into 8-inch pie shell, unbaked.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is set.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
