Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
2 c. herb stuffing mix
1 large onion, minced or finely chopped
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine (at room temperature)
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well with fork.
Roll into walnut size balls.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake until golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
Recipe may be cut in half.
Yields 2 to 3 dozen.
