Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1 c. sour cream
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
salt to taste
milk
Preparation

Cook and mash potatoes as usual, using milk.
While in mixer bowl, add rest of ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Do not bake until ready to use.
Can be stored in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
