Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 carrot
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Boil 1 minute, then cool to lukewarm.
    Pour over cabbage mixture, bag and freeze.
