Crazy Crust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    2/3 c. shortening
    3/4 c. water
    1 can pie filling
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, shortening and water.
    Mix 2 minutes on medium speed.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Pour pie filling into center, top with lemon juice. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
