Lemon-Orange Rainbow Poke Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lemon cake mix
1 small box orange jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. orange juice or 1/2 c. cold water

Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package directions, baking in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool cake in pan 15 minutes; then prick with a fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
Meanwhile, dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add juice and pour carefully over cake.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Garnish as desired (Cool Whip, ice cream, etc.)
