Tuna Rice Casserole(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 can tuna, drained (6 1/2 oz.)
    1 can (12 oz.) Pet evaporated milk
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup (11 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper to taste
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place rice in bottom of greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and cover with tuna.
