Rice And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium pork chops
    3/4 c. rice, uncooked
    1 can consomme or broth (chicken or beef)
    pinch of marjoram
    pinch of thyme
    1 small onion
    tomato
    green pepper, cut in 4 rings
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops. Put rice in bottom of a greased casserole and lay pork chops on top of it.
    Top each pork chop with a slice of onion, tomato and green pepper. Salt and pepper the pork chops. Pour consomme on. Add spices.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
