Greek Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled, cut and steamed, then cooled
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. Greek olives, cut away from pit
    3 chopped scallions
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 chopped pepper (red and yellow are pretty)
    1/2 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
Preparation
    Toss all together.
    Goes well with shish kabob or a barbecue supper.
    Serves 4 to 6.
