Butternut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. mashed, cooked butternut squash or sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    In separate bowl, combine squash with milk, then add oil and beaten eggs.
    Combine the two mixtures with as little beating as possible.
    Fill 12 greased muffin tins three quarters full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Add other ingredients like raisins, chopped nuts, spices, etc.
