Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    1 egg
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (175\u00b0C). In a large bowl, combine the ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, salt and ground black pepper. Mix all together well and form into a loaf. Place loaf into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 (175\u00b0C) for 90 minutes.
