Upside Down Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green peppers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder (optional)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. milk
    3 slices processed cheese, cut in half diagonally
Preparation
    In ovenproof skillet, brown beef with celery, onion and green peppers.
    Stir in salt, chili pepper and soup.
    Combine biscuit mix and milk.
    Roll or pat dough into circle slightly smaller than skillet.
    Spread meat mixture evenly in skillet.
    Top with biscuit dough.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn upside down on platter. Top with cheese slices at once.
    Cut into wedges like pie and serve.
