Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    green onions, diced (1 or 2 to taste)
    parsley flakes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, cream cheese, green onions, small amount of parsley and about 2 tablespoons of pecans.
    Refrigerate until firm enough to form into a ball.
    Roll in pecans and parsley.
    Serve with crackers.
