Scallops - Fresh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    scallops
Preparation
    Mix flour and bread crumbs.
    Roll scallops in mixture and dip in preparation of 1 beaten egg.
    Roll again in crumb mixture.
    Fry in hot fat or oil about 10 minutes or until brown.
