Pineapple Barbecued Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Perdue Cornish Hens
    1 can (8oz.) sliced pineapple with juice
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic (minced)
    Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
    Halve hens lengthwise and remove backbones.
    In a large shallow dish, combine 1/4 cup pineapple juice with remaining ingredients.
    Pour over hens and marinate, refrigerated, for at least two hours.
    Grill or broil according to cornish hen package directions.
