Puffy German Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven and margarine in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet to 400\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients and beat 2 minutes until smooth.
    Pour into hot skillet.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until batter has climbed up the sides of the skillet and edges are brown and puffy. Cut into wedges and serve with butter, powdered sugar, lemon juice or syrup.
