6 to 8 pieces chicken or pork chops
1 c. rice (uncooked)
3 c. hot water
1 can chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
Preparation

Put pork chops or chicken in shallow dish.
Mix rice, water, salt, pepper, onion, undiluted soup and pepper; pour over meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.
