Pasta Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Italian pork sausage (sweet)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1/2 c. ground beef (very lean)
    1 box lasagna, cooked in water/oil, drained
    1 c. grated Mozzarella
    Italian spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Remove casing from sausage; crumble sausage into frying pan; cook until brown.
    In another frying pan, brown ground beef.
    Add browned beef to browned sausage.
    Drain.
    Add onion; cook until tender.
    Stir in 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cup Romano cheese.
