Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. plain flour
    1 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. soft, unsalted butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Use a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan (oiled).
    Sift together on waxed paper the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
    Beat until light and fluffy (3 minutes) the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Along with flour mixture, add the water.
    Beat all until smooth; spread evenly in pan.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Frost with chocolate icing.
    Cut into 24 pieces.
