Pears Thornhill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pears
    3 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 pt. frozen vanilla yogurt
    1 pt. frozen chocolate yogurt
    whipped cream
    grated unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Peel, core and halve pears.
    In a pot, bring water and sugar to simmer.
    Add pears, simmer 10 minutes.
    Add vanilla.
    Cool pears in syrup.
    Drain pears, then fill center of 6 halves with chocolate yogurt and the others with vanilla yogurt.
    Top with whipped cream and chocolate.
