No Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef or cut up round steak
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 c. red wine (optional)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms
Preparation
    Put into crock-pot. Stir together. Cook on low 8 to 12 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve with potatoes or rice or over noodles.
