Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. hot pepper
    6 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 1/2 oz. (1 pkg.) fruit pectin
    1/4 tsp. (20 drops) green food coloring
Preparation
    In a saucepan, put peppers, sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add pectin and food coloring.
    Stir well.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Pour into jars and seal.
