Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~), let stand 5 minutes
    2 c. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. shortening, butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Cut shortening with pastry blender until resembles coarse meal.
    Stir in yeast and buttermilk and mix well.
    Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead lightly 3 to 4 times.
