Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    grated rind of one lemon
    8 to 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar and corn meal.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add lemon juice and rind and the melted butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 6.
