Liz'S Baked Fish Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish (cod, haddock, flounder, perch or sole)
    1 onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until limp but not browned.
    Add rest of the ingredients except fish.
    Simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.
    Place fish fillets in a baking dish and bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
