Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg (unbeaten)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. diced apples
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Sift together 2 tablespoons flour, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 3/4 cup sugar.
    Add egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg and beat to a smooth thin batter.
    Blend in diced apples and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Make a topping with the remaining sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter.
    Sprinkle over pie and brown in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
