Danish Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 eggs, well beaten
4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped pickle
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. chopped pepper
1 c. salad dressing
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and gradually beat in well beaten eggs. Cook over low heat and stir constantly until thick, about 5 minutes.
Add salad dressing. Combine rest of ingredients and pour on dressing.
Toss.
